Menkhus Law does not take on disputes or litigation matters. Instead, the unique needs of startups and small businesses are the focus of the firm. Flat-fee, low-cost services provided via discreet client engagements allow entrepreneurs and business owners to obtain the legal services they need in a manner that is both predictable and affordable.

Discreet Engagements

Receive the legal services when you need them without any expectations of longer-term engagement. Clients are always welcome to utilize Menkhus Law's services as often as needed, but engagements are structured to maximize flexibility and minimize costs.

Flat-Fee Pricing

Menkhus Law does not bill hourly, unless you need specialized services. Most services - entity formation, contract reviews, etc. - are done on a flat-fee basis. You'll know ahead of time what the cost will be and won't worry about unexpected legal fees being charged for the agreed upon work.

Menkhus Law is not for every client

Menkhus Law was founded with the goal of working with clients that cannot otherwise afford legal representation. If your business can afford to work with attorneys that primarily make a living practicing law, I recommend that you engage with one of those attorneys/firms. I want to spend my time helping people that aren't yet able to afford a full service attorney/law firm. Ideally, my clients will form successful businesses and "graduate" from working with Menkhus Law.
